The problem may have already exixted as I haven't used forms in over a week.

If you have tried using the IFTTT widget and tried backing out but you still don't get email notification, perhaps the issue is not on the widget. I checked your email and it was on the bounce list that's why you cannot get email notifications.
I have removed it from the bounce list and you should now getting email notification without an issue. To prevent email bouncing related issue in the future, please read this guide: How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.
You can also remove your email address from the bounce list: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.
