Does this work from China?

I am looking for a tool like this but it needs to work across the globe.

From a technical perspective I'd like to add to this, it's old but still relevant.

Not being blocked doesn't necessarily mean that your site is available in China.

As well as blocking certain sites most ISPs/Telcos engage in throttling of speeds of servers outside of China. This can mean that though your site is technically accessible, the latency may be so high as to appear unusable.
