Hello
We have had a few students tell us that they are getting the error message 'invalid file extension' when trying to upload their essays (all Word or PDF docs). We had this problem with the same error in October and somebody fixed this. Please could you look into this again? Many thanks

Could you please let us know with which form you have this issue so we can take a closer look?
I assume it is this form: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/52084900056349 but when I checked I couldn't replicate this issue.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

Hi Nik
Yes, that's the one. I also haven't had a problem when I've checked it but we've had four students reporting this problem this morning. They are all trying to use the S1 PAMS or S2 PAMS options if that's at all helpful. I've also had one student say that it didn't work while he was on a Firefox browser but then did once he switched to Chrome - would that usually make any difference?
Thanks for your help

I tested several times, in FireFox as well, but i couldn't replicate this issue. I tried testing with reproducing the steps you described, but still, everything seems fine,
I cleared the cache of your forms like we did previous time so please check and if the issue reappeared please let us know through this thread.
If you have any additional questions please let us know.
Thank you!
