How can I create a readable PDF from form?

    When I convert the jotform to PDF, it gets scrambled and the text boxes are locked so I am unable to change the size to make them fit the full page. Any tips y'all may have?

    I cloned your form and created a Fillable PDF, here's what it looks like:

    The Fillable PDF creator is still under development. There are incompatibility issues in regards to converting an online form to a fillable PDF form.

    It is not compatible with long forms. Also, most of the widgets will not work. Please refer to this guide for more information: Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator.
