Form displaying differently in preview and edit mode

Hi,

Our form is displaying correctly when viewing it via 'edit form', but if you view the form via 'preview' it is different. The live form is the same as the preview.

Please can you help with this, as we cannot see why the live form would be different to the form shown in 'edit'.

The differences are; the logo is not showing on the live version (should be at the top), and the 'organisation name' text box is not showing on the live version. Both show when viewing the form via 'edit'.

Any help would be appreciated.

We understand you're having an issue with the way your form is displaying compared to when it's viewed as a live version.

To fix the issue, please remove all the conditions associated with the "logo" and the "Organization name" textbox field.

The screenshot below shows how it's done. 

Make sure you save your form after. 

Although it's not actually necessary, but you may also try to clear your browser's data after you saved the changes above and before you reload the form again in your browser.
