I want to downgrade to the free account. Will I lose my form if I click "cancel subscription" or will that just downgrade seamlessly?

No. If you downgrade your account to Free subscription plan, you'll not lose any of the forms. However, the limits of Free subscription plan will be applied to the account. If your account is having more than 500 submissions, it will be displaying a warning that the account is overlimit and prompt to upgrade your account. If the account is not upgraded, the oldest submissions that are more than 500 submissions will be deleted. The limits of the free subscription plan can be compared from our pricing page.
