How do I change the master user email/name?

    We had a third party help set up jotform but need to transfer the email log in to our name. Please advise. 

     

    We'd like the main login to be info@illuminos.co. Not Akira.Laffey@gmail.com.

    You can change your email in the account profile settings page. Here's how: 

    1. Login to your JotForm account and click the User Icon on the right top corner of the page.

    2. You can edit the Email in the Profile tab.
