How to add a sub-user to my account?

Hello! I made a web page for a preschool and they needed an application form. I chose JotForm and the form looks great! But I need the submit button linked to the administrator of the school. And she needs access to the reports etc. 

perhaps I should sign her up for her own JotForm account?

Can I export this form and import it to her account?

Hi Andrea,

If I understood you correctly, you need to share your forms with your administrator. In addition, your administrator should access to all of existing form submissions.

There are different ways to do this.

You can export your form submissions and import this data into a form in another account with our Import Data Application.

However, my suggestion is to add your administrator as sub-user to your account. The easiest and most effective way is this I think. In this way, you can share all of your forms and sub-users can edit your forms and see the form submissions, too.

How to Add a Sub-User

First, your administrator should open a Jotform account. After that, you can add him as sub-user from the Account>Users page with his account email.

Please have a look at the following image below. After you enter sub-user email and give required permissions to him, click Create button.

Actually, neither of these suggestions I think will work. :)

I make websites for people. I would like them to have functional forms that they maintain. I will create each client a jotform account going forward (I just made one for my current client).

As I made the form and styled it how I want with CSS, I'd like to export it from my account and import it into my client's new Jotform account. How do I do that?

I clicked the link for IMPORT DATA APPLICATION and the window that reads "LOADING FORMS PLEASE WAIT" has been flashing for about 10 minutes. Is that normal? And is that how I import a form so that it looks just the way I styled it?

Hey Andrea, you have 2 options based on what your end goal would be:

1. If you only want the styling to be retained, and nothing more, then just clone the form. You won't need to export/import it. Just get your form's URL > login to your client's account > then create a new form by cloning it using the URL.

2. BUT if you aim to actually move/transfer the forms, along with the Submission Data (if there's any), then you'd have to request for that to happen. Only us, the Support Team, can move forms from one account to another.

Just give us the Form IDs/URLs of the form that needs to be moved and the username of the target account.
