We have an encrypted form for financing purposes and only two administrators have the encryption key. Yet we would like to notify our sales people that the form (with the name of the client) has been submitted. In another non-encrypted form we create an email notification for our sales people and select the only field they see is that of their client. However doing this with an encrypted form notifies them, but of course the message is encrypted, including the name of the client, so their message is jibberish. Is there a way we can not have the name of the client encrypted or another work around to provide notification to our sales people?

Unfortunately it is not possible to encrypt only some fields, so far only can be encrypted the entire form, if you would like to use some fields from the form in the email subject, for example, then you will need to de-crypt the entire form.
However, if you want we could escalate a feature request for this so only certain fields can be encrypted so you can use some info in emails or thank you page, please do let us know and we will be glad to proceed with that.
Looking forward to your response.

use the email feature to notify others of a submittal yet hiding many of
the fields on a "need to know basis" if they did, you would probably
have more of my kind of request. If everything in the form was
encrypted other than an "un-encrypted field" the administrator could
choose which, if any, field they wanted disclosed to others who get

Thank you for the confirmation, I will forward this thread to our second level as a feature request, do note that this may take some time to be implemented, we cannot ensure an ETA or if this will be available, it is also based on the number of users requesting the same feature.
However, if we receive updates regarding the progress of this feature we will let you know via this thread.
