Duplicate forms

Hi, this was one of the reasons i reduced my package down to the free one.

I was always getting duplicated forms and it was causing me to go over on my allowance so i had to upgrade, when i mentioned this last time no body got back to me with a solution.

But here i am again with more duplicated forms, like double figures duplicated.

If I understand you correctly, you were referring to the duplicate submissions. If yes, you can add a Captcha field. In this way you can prevent double submissions to your form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-CAPTCHA-field.
