I need to move a form from one Jotform account to another Jotform account please :)

I have one form in my account 

user: andicoombs 

"Lindsay Preschool Wait List Application"

I need to transfer it to another account

user: JanetVanAllen

Can you please help me to do this transfer? Thanks so much. :)

We can move your form from account with andicoombs to account JanetVanAllen. However that request must be made from account on which form is created. You will need to login to your other account andicoombs and made request for moving mentioned form to account JanetVanAllen.
