    This is a form error documented here. To quote the precise section:

    "6. Form over quota - As explained in the error message, the form has passed it's allocated quota and cannot be used at the moment. This error appears when you reached your submissions limit allocated for the month. The form will not be able to accept submissions any longer when you passed the submissions limit. It's either you wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which happens every first day of the following month or upgrade to any of the available paid plans to increase your submissions limits and enable all your forms right away. Every Jotform plan has its monthly submissions limit. See our pricing page for more details."

    @susanfort

    I have checked and you do not have any form created on your account. I saw that you are sub account user of account hlhendy

    That account is overlimit and because of that form are showing over quota message. I also saw that you have upgraded your account susanfort to Bronze plan. However considering that form are not created on your account they are still over quota. You will need to upgrade main account hlhendy on which forms are create. We can cancel your Bronze plan for account susanfort and refund you your payment. Or we can move all forms from account hlhendy to your account susanfort. If you want that form are moved to your account, please login to account hlhendy and request transferring of forms to account susanfort, here on forum.

    Let us know how should we proceed.
