Yes, you can edit an existing form and there is no need for a new one. Please drag the Dwolla element (highlighted in the screenshot) and follow the payment wizard that will appear.

Let me clarify... I already have the dwolla function in the form, but not
with recurring payments. Can I edit that? Or do i need to remove the dwolla
    function and reinsert it?

Please let me inform you that it is not possible to have a custom amount payment integration and a recurring payment integration in one form. You can instead edit the custom amount Dwolla integration on your form and replace it with a recurring payments by changing the Payment Type to "Sell Subscriptions".

If you want to use both custom amount and recurring payments on a form, then you will need to create another form for the recurring payment and use the iFrame widget to display it on the original form. Please follow this guide on How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form
