How do I not require payment?

I am trying to create a form with an option to pay online, but I do not want to make it a requirement.  Even when I allow a free item instead of the camp registration it will not submit because I have not entered a credit card. 

You can use the Show/Hide condition to hide the payment field when a user selects "No, I will mail or bring my payment" in the Pay Online radio field. Here's our guide on How to Show or Hide Fields Base on User's Answer.

Hiding the payment field should allow your users to submit the form without entering a credit card on the form.
