How can I make my form mobile responsive?

    My form looks good on the desktop, but it is cutting off the right side on my iPhone. Can I change the code so that it is more responsive?

    Hello, 

    I have checked your form and I have seen that you do not use our Mobile Responsive Widget in order to make it mobile friendly.

    You can add the "Mobile Responsive Widget" into your form as you can find at the following link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive

    Please try this and the issue still persists on iPhone, let us know.
