A lot of people submitting my forms are having trouble doing so on mobile. Are others having similar issues? What can I do to fix the problem?

    Hello,

Could you please explain more what kind issue do you have with mobile? If you want to make mobile friendly forms, I'd like to recommend you to use our "Mobile Responsive" widget.

You can add this widget by moving it in your form editor as you can see from the screenshot.

Also our user guide can help you which is about How to Add a Widget to your Form?

    I'm waiting for your response.

    Thank you!

Ok, thank you. Is the widget supposed to be visible on the form? I added it, but nothing new appeared. Just wondering if I did it correctly.

    Hi,

Mobile Responsive Widget is not seen in the form. You see it only when you in form builder.

This widget makes your form mobile responsive. Please check your form on a mobile device to see the difference. In addition, please have a look at the following video:

It is seen in the video that your Mobile Responsive Widget is working properly.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.
