Could you please provide me detailed information? I made a test submission and couldn't replicate the issue. I inspected your conditions and through of them I selected Newcastle option. So my test submission has been sent to the firstname.lastname@example.org.
When I review your e-mail logs I see that my submission has been sent successfully and also I can see that your old submissions have been sent by successfully to the e-mail address which you specified.
Nevertheless you cannot view these submissions in your e-mail inbox, I'd like to recommend you to inspect your spam folder. If you see our e-mails in your spam folder, please mark them as not spam.

thank you for the answer, the is the thing that Activity log DOES NOT MATCH the actual email activity.
Activity log shows that email notification was sent to: email@example.com but it was not received
it went to firstname.lastname@example.org email instead.
I am trying to sort multiple problems out already 3 weeks, I re-did my form from scratch but problems persist.
I am spending all my time on this without any progress, could you pls advice what should I do to stop this please, it's getting really frustrating and hurts my business,
I inspected your conditions in depth. It seems that your issue is with your conditions. When I made my last test submission, I found that my submission has been sent to the both email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Because I selected my state as NSW and area in NSW as Central & North Coast.
Your conditions include same fields as you can see from the screenshot and when the user's selections meet with the both fields, the submission is sent to the multiple e-mail addresses.
I cannot estimate your conditions' details which you want to create. However you think your conditions are true, please give us the details of your conditions. So we can evaluate it properly.
