Conditional Logic seems to have stopped working for one of the forms on my account

    For reasons I can't quite work out, the conditional logic elements of my form seem to have stopped working.  The last successful submission I had was 25th Nov.  A user has tried to submit a form today and the conditional logic is stopping them from proceeding.  I have taken the conditional logic off the field in question and checked for conditional logic further through the form and that also seems to have stopped working which would indicate it isnt related to a particular widget/field.

    Ideally I need to get this rectified sooner rather than later as users are waiting to submit entries

    I could not clone the form to replicate the issue. I am getting an error while replicating the form for troubleshooting purpose. There is possibility that you may have disabled the cloning of the form

    This is the error message I am getting while cloning the form.

    Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular

    Not really sure of the issue but I have managed to click the Clone Form option successfully?

    I have created a clone version of your form, however, I can't seem to find where the issue is. I tried to fill it up and I was able to proceed until I see the "Submit" button even after I have enabled the condition shown in the image below.

    I have reenabled the conditional logic which was disabled and everything now seems to be working as expected?

    Yes, I believe your form is now working properly. However, I would still recommend you make some test submissions on your end to be fully sure.
