How to find light box embed code?

Good Morning, 

I was wondering if you have a solution to our problem. 

We are using contact form 7, email before download and download monitor to gain user downloads before they get a PDF. 

We are displaying this form in the code module in divi theme. 

What I would really like is to show this form in a lightbox. So we can have a call to action button which says download whitepaper, then the shortcode which displays the form will open in a lightbox. 

I am a total newbie so any help you can provide is appreciated. 

Our site is controlled entirely in wordpress and I manage it on my own.
