Hi, with the help of the forum, i've managed to get my form working.
I've left with one issue. The form works out a calculation but the result is shown in a normal text box.
I want the result to be big like;
YOUR SCORE IS 2.55% (bigger font to)
And then below, paypal subscribe options.
What field can I use for the score to be customised?

I presume you're currently displaying the result in the calculation widget "Engagement Rate %" in your form, if you want you can also pass this value to a text field and display it as text as well instead of displaying the field.
The only thing that you will need to do is to get the field's name, the one where you're getting the result, and then paste the field's name in a text.
This guide will help you to get the field's name: How-to-find-field-IDs-and-names
Once you do this the value in the text will be updated with the value in the field, you may then hide the calculation field and display the text only, here's also a cloned form of yours where I have applied this change, please take a look to the result and feel free to clone it: https://form.jotform.com/63413637829968 How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
