How can I limit form submissions to once per IP address

    Hello - I only have a test form so far.  I want to set up the form so that our members can only respond one time to the form meaning from only one device/computer. 

    I also want the set up to be that the form cannot be shared with anyone.  Only the person who receives the email should be able to complete the form.  Can you help me with set up.

    Please see how you can set unique submissions for your form limited with IP address:

    1. Click "Preferences" on the form builder:

    2. Click "Advanced" tab on the Preferences:

    When you choose the option "Check cookies and IP" your form checks the cookies and IP of your user and does not allow submission if it encounters cookies or same IP address.
