Form has been completed but when we try to edit the form opens blank.

I cloned your form on my side in order to test it. I sent a test submission, but I couldn't replicate your issue. Please could you visit my edit link which belongs to the my test submission?
I cannot check your submissions if you have issue with this form. You may use auto delete submissions app or delete your submissions manually. But according to the link which you shared with us, I can say that it's missing parameters.

Another point I want to remark that if you use an app such as auto delete submissions, it may affect this situation. So would you please provide us detailed information about that?

Sorry the entire link did not copy. The form was working fine yesterday and nothing has changed. Here is the correct link:

Also, I found your test form that you did. When i open the edit link at the bottom of the email this is the link i get and it takes me to a blank form.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did test the edit link which you have share and it does not load the submission data in form. I did clone your form and tested the edit link I received in email, I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. Please check the screenshot below:
I am not sure what is causing this issue. I am unable to edit the submission from your form's submission page as well. It just shows blank form. Please check the screenshot below:
