Want to create a Dropbox folder to receive docs from my website

Asked by Ellen Di Giovanni on May 17, 2012 at 10:50 AM

I want to use Dropbox and JotForm together. From my website, I'd like to direct users to one folder in Dropbox to send docs. When I followed instructions from JotForm website, it said that JotForm would have access to my entire Dropbox site, and not just the JotForm folder. What exactly does this mean?

    Thanks, EDG

    Hi EDG,

It means that JotForm will have access to the root folder of Dropbox and can actually create a JotForm folder for its own use. When you integrated it autmatically do the process for setting up the access for jotform folder.

Hope this answers your inquiry. Please inform us if you have other questions on JotForm.

    Thanks.
