Sorry for the incovenience that may have caused you today. Regarding on this issue, have you tried already embeding your form using iFrame and deleting your browser cache/cookies? If not, please give a try and let us know if the said issue still persist so we can further assist you.

This is really annoying. I have a similar issue. This same form was displaying fine in Chrome without the Iframe but all of a sudden it gets cut off and does not display properly. I have two forms on the page - one going down the sidebar which loads fine without the iframe version which I don't want to use. Why would i need to use the Iframe version for a form to appear in the middle of the page (content) but not for the sidebar? They both load fine in I.E. and again this was not an issue with this form a few days ago.

Just been having a nightmare day with forms not working properly in Chrome but working in IE. Problem was that the form was not on the top layer. The form looked fine when embedded and it tested offline ok. Just moved it to the top layer and now it works fine. Suggest you might have a similar problem, perhaps overlapping layers.

Are you still having this issue? I checked your website and I was able to view the forms properly using Chrome

This can be a browser related issue on the part of Chrome. Initially, I could not browse your website at all using chrome, but when chrome autmatically updated on my end I was now able to view the form.

    Please update us. Thanks.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused by this issue. Please can you try using the IFrame code.

    On the Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Embed Form"
    3. Click on iFrame and copy the code provided.

You must delete all code on that page and replace it with code provided on the steps described above.

Lets know if this solutions helps.

Did you even bother trying my colleagues' suggestion of using iFrame embed codes for your form?

See, the problem has to do with the html division on your site under which the form sits. The said html division <div id="columna1"> does not have an exact height defined. Therefore, the form's script is having issues with calculating the height for the form.

The easiest solution for this problem is to use iFrame codes in place of the default script codes you have inserted on your webpage. Please give it a try, then get back to us if your problems do not get solved.
