Subscription form tied to paypal for magazine website

I would like to create a functioning subscription form to our website for subscribers to our magazine

with a link to our PayPal account.

That is possible, you can set your payment type to sell subscription in the Payment wizard. See image below:

Hi Wayne, yes, just drag the Payment Field to your form. PAYPAL is under the PAYMENT FIELDS section on the left of your FORM BUILDER. To open the Payment Wizard, just click the WAND icon on the Payment Field you just dragged:
