I have edited my form and it shows up correct when I go look at the form through my website, however when teh contract is sent to my email, its still

    If you are not using the default email, any changes made in the form would need to manually be updated in the email notification.

    Form fields can be added from the "Form Fields" menu and the contract text can be updated directly in the body of the notification.

    If you would like to create a fresh notification with all current form fields, deleting your current notification and creating a new one will do so:
