iOS App: Form submissions are not displaying the questions in the order they are in the form

I created a form and was testing how it worked. When I filled out the form, it displayed the answers in the correct order on the website, but on the iOS app, they weren't in the right order. It looks like they ordered the answers in the order that the questions were created when developing the form.

I've attached a screen shot of a submission within the app, showing the wrong order of the questions. It is also showing questions that were hidden for that person filling out the form.

How can this get fixed? Do I duplicate the form so that all the entries were created at once? Is it a glitch with the app? Thanks.

Unfortunately, I am not having an iPhone to test the app at the moment. I'll check with my team and get back to you with relevant information in this regard.

    Thank you for your patience.

Hi benpalm, we do apologize about this problem.

The reason this happens is due to the way the field were created which is based on time so they end up in the wrong order. Our site can fix this server side but the app is rather limited in this ability.

We are working on a permanent solution for this but, it may take some time before it is ready.

I've recently created a guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/407-How-to-maintain-Form-Field-Order-while-viewing-submissions-within-the-JotForm-Mobile-App which you can look at for additional details and prevention.
