Automatic duplication of page depending on user activity

    Hello! My form:

-allows for someone to enter information about an item

-would then have a button "do you have more items you'd like to enter info for?"

If they hit yes, is it possible for the page they are on to show up again, but cleared (and for jotform to record each instance of info they submit)? Or do I have to keep making duplicates of the page for them to go to, thereby not only creating a ton of work with conditionals, but also limiting the number of items they can submit depending upon how many pages I duplicate?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!!

You may consider adding the form URL as a Thank you page redirecting URL so that once the form is submitted, it will be redirected to the same form again with blank fields.

Please see the following guide below that can help you with this.

If you need to pass any information like name or email address when the form is redirected, you can prepopulate the fields by following the guide below:

You can redirect to the same form using the thank you page if the user has selected a particular option by setting up a condition. Please see the guide below that can help you in setting up a condition to redirect the Thank you page.
