My form doesn't show all the form fields on Preview

    Aloha - draft form haas 4 questions; link sent only shows 3 questions.  

    How can we get link updated for 4 question survey?

    Hey Simon, the reason you're not seeing the 4th question on your Survey Form was because of this condition:

    And that condition works as how you designed it. The 4th question "Would you recommend us to your friends..." will only show up IF AND ONLY IF the "Did our work performed meet or exceed..." question was answered as NO. Here's how it works on your form:

    I also strongly recommend you delete the other Conditions you have on your form that has errors on it:

    Weird… I don’t remember creating any conditions. But thanks!!

    Also...  can you help adjust width of comments textarea? would lie it to fit onpage - it looks like it bleeds off page.

    I have reduced “width in columns’ but size stays the same…?
