    How to include the information in my textbox on the submissions?

    I created a form that requires signature and submission.  When it comes back to my submission page it does not include the information in my text box.  How can I get that information to "download"?

    I see that you want to show the terms and conditions text on your form in your Jotform submissions page. To show the entire text, simply follow our guide here: How to Show Headers and Text.
