The audio attachment files that my clients are sending me are not completely uploading or downloading. I get the order form with audio files, but when I try to download them, they are not all there, and don't work. Not reaching my dropbox account or something. Please help!Page URL:

I did check your form and the last few submission email which was sent and all seems to have link to uploaded fiels. I was also able to download the files without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
I was also able to download the file "Who I Do it For By. POPOUT.mp3" successfully for which you have shared the screenshot.
Do you mean to say that files are not being copied to your integrated dropbox account? I woudl suggest you to please re-integrate your form with dropbox and see if that solves your problem.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.

No, i am saying i am unable to download the file in it's entirety. After i download, then try to poen, it is all distortion. The file is no good. The problem is in the upload from my client. it uploads normally, but when i try to download the file, it is incomplete. This is happening on every order from 4th of DECEMBER. I tried downloading directly from my dropbox, didn't work, i tried downloading directly from my jot form, didn't work. I'm not able to download my clients files, very upset to say the least.
Still not working.....

That seems weird since the upload field won't modify files, whatever files uploaded will remain as they are once you download them.
So far, I could not reproduce the problem on my form or in the cloned of your form. The files are not distorted or changed in any way when I download them. The size remains the same as well.
Have you by chance encounter the same problem when you upload files to your form? I've spent some time trying to reproduce this myself but so far it is working. Also, there doesn't seem to have any related reports about this with the file upload field.
I presume that the problem originates from the file itself. Perhaps the user has uploaded an incomplete or corrupted file? Please try to contact the user and ask for the files again.
