My forms are not found

    I have tried to implement it to google sites however I get an empty page.

     

    Why is this?

    Hi,

    I have checked your account and it is seen that your account was auto-suspended because of phishing issue.

    Your User Registration form includes a password field. You cannot ask people their user login informations etc. Our system automatically detects phishing issues and auto-suspend your account. That's why, you cannot see any of your forms.

    I have removed Username and Password form fields from your form. After that, I have reactivated your account.

    It is seen that you tried to embed your form into a webpage with JavaScript. However, there is a problem about your Form Embed Code. Actually, I couldn't see any Form ID here. Please embed your form again with iFrame Embed Method.
