What are submissions?

By submissions do you mean when someone completes the form? 

and if so are you only allowed 100 people to complete the form each month on your free version?

Hello Jessie,

One submission is when a form user hits the submit button on any of your forms. In a JotForm free account, you can receive up to 100 submissions in a month. You can have maximum 5 forms in your account, but all of them put together can only receive up to 100 submissions.

If this limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled and form submission will not be possible. You will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of the following month when the submission counters are reset.
