I believe you are referring to verifying the email address that your users enter on the form, is this correct?
If so, you can use our E-mail Validator widget:
https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
This widget will send a special code to the email address your users enter on the form, and their submission will be accepted only if they enter that verification code. Functionality is similar to that of registering on a website.
If you simply want to make sure that the email address your users are entering exist, but do not need them to verify it in the above mentioned way, you can alternatively try our XVerify Email widget.
Please try them out, and let us know should you need further assistance.
