With SalesForce integration, two important fields aren't going across

    In my form, SOP Membership, I have two integrations. The first is with Stripe and is working. The second is with SalesForce.

    The SalesForce integration with Contacts creates a new record correctly - email, name and description, but doesn't bring over Date, which is  paired with Membership Join Date, nor ForSalesforce, which is a  hidden field I have that contains the transaction  amount, and is paired with Last Membership Amount. These two fields are critical for membership management.

    Any help with sorting out this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    I have cloned your form into my account for testing, and integrated those fields to fields of my own SalesForce account. upon making test submissions, data from Date and ForSalesforce fields has been forwarded correctly to SalesForce:

    I didn't have the same fields in SalesForce as you do, so I have integrated it with some of the fields I did have, such as Title and Birthdate, and the data passed through correctly from the form to SalesForce.

    Please make sure that you use the type of fields in SalesForce that can accept the input. For example, make sure that your "Membership Join Date" in SalesForce is a date field,  because what we are passing to it from JotForm is a date:

    For the "Last Membership Amount" field in SalesForce, you might want to set it as a text field:
