My account suspended?

    Hi,

    I tried to log in. But I got a message that my account has been suspended. What is the reason? Could you inform me about that situation.

    I need to reach my forms.

    Hi,

    Your account was suspended by our Anti-Phishing detector that is why it was suspended. I checked your account and I noticed that one of your forms is asking for Credit Card Info. I have removed some fields and make your account active again.

    Please note that asking sensitive information such as credit card details is against from our Terms of Use. If you want to process payments using our forms, you should use our Payment Processing Apps

    Please refrain from doing so, so that you won't get suspended again.
