How to adjust timezone for my account?

    hello

    We have a problem with the "time of registration" of soumissions to our questionnaire.

    It seems that there is a lag of 6 hours (perhaps time difference between you and France ?)

    Therefore our results are distorted...

    Can this be resolved please ?

    1. Go to your Settings page: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    2. Adjust Time zone to match yours:
