CSV and PDF to Google Drive

    Hi All,

I have the Google drive integration up and running but what I was hoping was when a new submission is sent to Google drive as a PDF it also sends a CSV file of all the striped data as well.

I can then upload this data into our ECM

At the moment it seems to only do PDF and to export CSV it is a manual task, I need them both together in the same folder at the same time, possible?

    Regards

I'm afraid that our integrations with third-party services, such as Google Drive and Dropbox, can only forward the submission data in PDF format. Submission data is only forwarded in PDFs, but if you would like to have them forwarded as a spreadsheet, there is an app developed that does just that - sends submissions as a spreadsheet to an integrated Dropbox folder:

Reports2Cloud app works with Dropbox only, not Google drive.

Other than that, the only ways to get the CSV files is to either export them manually, or to set up and download a CSV report whenever you need it:
