I hope all is well. I'm writing concerned about the forms I have created and the amount I have been able to create under the free subscription option.
I have basically been able to create 8 forms when the free spec states only 5 are allowed.
My main concern is that I may lose 3 forms automatically at some point which would be a real detriment to the work I do using them.
Can you advise if this a likely occurrence please.
I am still very much trialling the Jot Form service as part of my role in the business and as soon as I see it working for us I will be suggesting we use it and upgrade.

I have checked your account and realized that you created your account at 2016-07-07. Your eight forms will be grandfathered for our old "Free" user. However, you can not create new forms on your account. If you want to create a new form, you must delete your four forms or upgrade your account. Here are a form limits for the other paid plans:

I'm not sure what you mean?
As my account was created 07/07/16 does this mean I am allowed to have the 8 forms I currently have under the free option?
If not, and I need to upgrade, how long have I got before they will be deleted?
Or, is it a case that the most reason 3 forms ive created won't submit as they should but will remain intact on my account?
I basically don't want the forms to be automatically deleted by you after spending time creating them.

Since you have been grandfathered the 8 forms you had active before the limit was applied will remain active, the only limitation will be that you will not be able to create a form, while on free status if you want to create a new form then at least 4 forms will need to be either archived (they get automatically disabled when archived or you can also simply disable the forms) or delete the forms, but if you do not need to create any form then those active will work without any problem, you will receive submissions and will be able to make any change to them.
They will not be automatically deleted either, but if you upgrade and then downgrade to free again then the limit will be applied and you will be able to have only 5 active forms in your account.
