How to restore deleted submissions due to over quota

Regards...We managed to perform the update satisfactorily, but we had the following disadvantage ... Almost all the entries in the forms have no data ... We had a backup done on November 24 that we were able to download, but we want to know if there is any way to use this backup to restore all the previous data on the forms in your system,

When you downgraded your account back to free your submission data which were over quota were deleted since the submission storage quota for free plan is 500. 

I have now restored the deleted submission data and you currently have over 28K submissions. Please check your account and let us know if you are still not able to locate your data.
