I can't seem to link my form to dropbox. Could it be because I have another Jotform account linked to my dropbox account already?
After I click "allow" (jotform to access my dropbox account), the screen goes blank and nothing happens.

You should be able to integrate Dropbox for as much forms as you want. Could you please clear your browser cache and cookies and then re-integrate with Dropbox? You can also try to use some other browser to see if that makes any difference.
If nothing helps, please get back to us with affected form ID/name.
