How can I get a refund?

    I cancelled my JotForm subscription yesterday because we only need the paid version every 4 months. It still charged my account this morning. Could you please refund?

    I have already requested a refund for the last charge, please also follow the steps on this guide in order to cancel your subscription on PayPal  and avoid being charged again: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
