Zip Code 92011 not working on address field

    when a client enters zip code of 92011 they receive an error.  how can we fix that?

    I have tried submitting your JotForm using the Zip code 92011 and was able to submit the form without any issue.

    Are you still experiencing any issue with the form? If so, please try submitting the form using an incognito/private window to see if that works. Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist.
