I checked the mail log of the recipient email of your form (email@example.com) and it seems that the email was on our bounce list which is the reason why the email notifications were not sent.
I have removed the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) on our bounce list. You can also check and/or remove an email on your end, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.
Please do a test submission on your form and see if you can now receive the email notification.
