Hi,
I tried to customize the autoresponder Email but when I tried it, my purchase orders summary are missing on the email. I also received the notification email which still have the purchase orders summary list. I compared both emails and they have the same code/tag where the product orders should be {input35}.
So, how can I get back the product order listing in my autoresponder email?

I have cloned your form and I was able to see what you're referring to; however, deleting the row and adding it once again fixed the problem on my end, I have also added a new auto-responder and moved the products section to the bottom part of the email and it still worked.
What I would suggest you is to create a new email auto-responder this should help you to properly receive the product selection.
Also, if you need to use the current auto-responder then you could delete the row where the product section is currently added:
Then add the row again as well as the record, this way the info will show in the current auto-responder you have:
