Digital Uploads

I have been having trouble with digital uploads on my form. Many people are stating that they are receiving errors messages.

Additionally, I would like to tweak some items on my form and would like to speak to a representative to walk me through it. Can we setup time for a phone call?

    Thank you,

    Krystina

    Hi,

May I know what are the problems or errors your users are getting?

Upon checking your form, the max file size allowed for each file upload is set to 1024Kb, which is only 1 MB. If your users are uploading a file greater than that size, then it would fail. To adjust the max file size upload, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

There are also file extensions that is listed by default that the file upload field accepts, if you want to change that, you can check this other link: https://www.jotform.com/help/29-How-to-Change-the-Allowed-File-Types-Extensions-in-the-Upload-Field

Please let us know the errors or details of the problem so that we can better assist you.

Please also note that you are in "Free" plan, for "Free" plan you are only allowed to have a total of 100 MB space in your account. The upload space limit refers to the file attachments on your submissions. Currently you have 46.82 MB out of the 100 MB limit. If you reach and exceeded that, your account will be set to "Overlimit" and your forms will be disabled. You can upgrade to a higher subscription plan if you wish to increase your account limits. Please check our pricing page for the details of each account plan limits.

For the follow up concern regarding tweaks, I have opened a separate thread for it so that we can discuss better. Please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1006865. We will address it shortly.

    Thank you.
