    Please refund recent subscription charge since it is currently not needed

    To Whom It May Concern:

    I am writing to you to request a refund of the fees you recently charged me below. My non-profit has been dissolved and I no longer need the use of your services. My apologies for not reaching out sooner, but I do not check this email with frequency. Please respond to this message when you have credited my account. If I do not hear back from you, I will contact my credit card company and will reverse the payment. Thank you for your attention with this matter and I will look forward to working with you in the future.
