We have the submissions receipts come in via email and for some reason the coding for the form is coming through. Please assist in fixing this.

Please try the following:
1) Go into the edit mode of your notification.
2) Copy the whole content.
3) Delete the notification.
4) Create a new one, select the whole content and delete it.
5) Paste the content you copied from the old notification.
6) Save your form.
