Is it 100 submissions per month on the free plan?

I have designed a attendance register for a monthly teaching session.

This is non-profit and used for educational purposes.  

Your service is fantastic. But unfortunately there are no funds to pay for this register.

is it 100 submissions per month on the free plan, or after 100 submissions will the form cease to work?

I'd like to know before I roll it out to my fellow students.

Yes. The limit of monthly submissions for a free subscription plan is 100. There are other limits viz form views, payments, etc. Once any of these limits are over limit, the forms will be disabled and it is required to upgrade your account in order to get the account activated or wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
