Can recipient email have a dot/period in them?

I have set up a form and one of my recipient emails has a dot in the name (first.last@destination.com).

However, none of the submission emails seem to be going through to this address. They arrive just fine at other mail addresses, just not this one with the dot in the name portion.

Can someone please help me with why this may be happening and how we can fix it?

    Thanks,

For as long as it is valid, it should work. Can you let us know the real email? We'll check it to our end or, you can do it actually.

    Check the bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

Check your email history if the email address is there:

I checked the bounce list. The address in question was on there for some reason. I have since removed it and it seems to work now.

    FYI:

    As a side, unrelated note,

when attempting to enter text into already existing text (placing the cursor in the middle of a sentence to add text) on a Safari browser, the first character you type goes where you want it to go, but everything else bounces to the end of the sentence.

    Hi,

Thank you for updating us on the status and letting us know the email concern had been resolved already.

As to your next question, since it was about a different feature, I created a new thread for it instead here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1007343
